The Academy, from time to time, holds special events for grooming and mentoring of the young writers. A mega-event in this regard was the 3-day Youth Literature Festival from 14-16 August, 2024. This festival provided mentoring sessions, visits to important places, and workshops on topics like Urūẕ/prosody, intellectual property rights, creative writing, literary editorship, and translation studies.
