Pakistan Academy of Letters also publishes four annual journals of the provincial Adabiyāt, in languages spoken in respective provinces, to promote literature written in various Pakistani languages. These four journals are the annual Adabiyāt-i Punjab, the annual Adabiyāt-i Sindh, the annual Adabiyāt-i Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the annual Adabiyāt -i Balochistan.
Annual publication of these journals started in 2021. In these journals, the literature produced in the languages spoken in the respective provinces is published in their scripts. Three issues each of these four journals have been published so far. The first two issues of the four journals are in printed form, whereas the last issue is available online. The Editor of this journal is Mr. Akhtar Raza Saleemi, whereas, each issue has a Guest Editor having expertise in the languages covered in that particular journal. For each language, an Assistant Editor is also appointed. Mr. Jameel Ahmed Paul, Mr. Khalid Farhad Dhariwal, Mr. Afzal Murad, Mr. Hakim Ali and Dr. Ismail Gauhar have been serving so far as the Guest Editors of these journals.
