For the promotion of literary activities, Pakistan Academy of Letters organizes various events. These events are held frequently in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta and Multan offices of the Academy throughout the year. In this regard, events related to Ṣūfī poets, events related to international days, special events on days/occasions of national and literary importance, as well as events in recognition of the services of important literary figures are particularly noteworthy.
